Terms of Service

These Terms govern the free public beta of Disciplio. The English version is the reference version used to prepare translations; it may be used to understand intended meaning where a translation differs, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law.

operator

Disciplio is operated by Oleksii Ihnatenko, an individual based in Poland. Contact us at support@disciplio.me for product support or privacy@disciplio.me for privacy and legal questions.

acceptance

By creating an account or using Disciplio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. People under 18 must not use Disciplio. Access may be limited where use is prohibited or unsupported by law.

service

Disciplio is a productivity, goal-planning, task-management, calendar, reflection, and optional AI-assistance product. It is currently a free public beta with usage limitations. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, employment, credit, insurance, education, or public-benefit advice or decision-making.

accounts

Registration currently uses email and password. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Disciplio does not currently provide email verification, password reset, social sign-in, or ‘log out from all devices’ features.

user-content

You retain ownership of your goals, plans, tasks, reflections, notes, support submissions, and other private content. You are responsible for having the right to enter it and for decisions you make using it.

limited-licence

You grant Disciplio a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, format, transmit, process, retrieve, display back to you, secure, maintain, and—when requested—use your content to provide AI features. This licence does not permit selling, publishing, advertising with, or training unrelated external AI models on your content.

ai

AI features are optional. Output is AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You can edit, reject, ignore, delete, or disable AI output, and you remain responsible for your decisions. AI does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. A separate disclosure is required before the first external AI request.

acceptable-use

Use Disciplio lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to violate another person’s rights, submit information you cannot lawfully share, or interfere with the service.

prohibited

Do not attack, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer unlawfully, distribute malware, commit fraud, abuse credentials, access another user’s data, bypass AI or rate limits, misuse support, or use excessive automated traffic.

intellectual-property

Disciplio and its software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Except for the limited right to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.

providers

Disciplio relies on infrastructure and service providers described in the Privacy Policy, including hosting, delivery, email-routing, and requested AI providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms.

beta-availability

The beta may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, discipline, productivity, goal completion, health, income, or any other result.

changes-service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the beta for security, legal, technical, or product reasons. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.

suspension

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, preventing abuse, or enforcing these Terms.

your-termination

You can stop using the service at any time. Logged-in users can permanently delete their account in Account → Privacy by confirming their password and entering DELETE.

payments

There are no payments, paid plans, subscriptions, automatic renewals, payment cards, cancellation workflows, refund workflows, Paddle, Stripe, Apple, or Google Play billing in this beta. Paid access may be introduced later only after the Terms and pricing are updated.

warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

liability

To the extent permitted by law, Disciplio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from beta use. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

law

These Terms are governed by Polish law, while mandatory consumer and privacy protections under applicable local law remain unaffected. Nothing requires a consumer to use a court that mandatory law does not permit.

changes-terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice in the app or on this page and may require acceptance of the new version before continued use.
